The industrial filter range comprises filters and filter systems, equipment and accessories for fluid engineering, de-dusting equipment and systems, as well as automatic filter systems for coarse filtration through to the absolute filtration of fluids and pastes as well as for the homogenization of foodstuffs.

The coolers are designed for use in different environments and are suitable for a wide variety of applications and industries. The air blast coolers are available with AC, DC or hydraulic motors and our complete cooler range includes heat exchanges, water oil coolers, industrial chillers, cooling & filter systems, oil filters and circulating pumps.

Free cooling medium
When fitting an air oil cooler in your system, the cooling medium will always be free and available. Oiltech air oil coolers are designed to resist high pressures and to provide maximum cooling capacity with regard to oil viscosity and specific heat. An air oil cooler is especially suitable for outdoor applications as an air oil cooler can never ice-up.

Using surplus energy
The air oil cooler is used in mobile as well as in industrial systems, where the cost to pipe water to a water oil cooler is high or where water is scarce. The surplus thermal energy transferred from the oil to the air can be used to heat premises and the fan can be used for ventilation.

Very important component
The fan is a very important component in air oil coolers. To offer the best possible cooling capacity, our fans are designed with different numbers of blades and blade pitches. Balancing is carried out before the fan is fitted into the cooler to ensure high performance.

Water oil coolers are used in many stationary hydraulic and lubricating systems to optimize the oil temperature. Water oil coolers are especially suitable in environments where water is easily accessible. The extremely quiet water oil cooler is ideal for indoor use where the cooling water cannot ice-up. The surplus energy from the heated cooling water can for instance be used to heat other water.

Off-line cooling and oil filter system

In all modern hydraulic systems, off-line oil cooling and filtering is becoming increasingly popular as the system can operate around the clock independently from the main system to avoid differences in pressure and flow conditions.

We supply both brazed plate and bolted plate heat exchangers. The main difference between these two propducts is that the bolted plate products have gaskets which enables you to change the plates easily.
