Model RU: Rubber Lined pump
Versatile, efficient, and economical for long, trouble free performance in transferring silicia sand, glass sand, coal silt, classifier remnants or other slurries with solids up to ¼”. The heavy “super blind” live rubber lining is resilient and yields to the impact of highly abrasive particles, absorbing their energy. Outlast hard metal parts by five to ten times.
Available in 3” x 4”, 4” x 6”, 6” x 8”, and 8” x 10” sizes.
Model X
Heavy duty sand and gravel pump. 3” and 4” sizes. Pass solids up to 1 ½” and 2 ½” respectively. Efficient to 90’ heads. All wearing parts are made of wear resisting cast iron. Shell discharge may be mounted in lower horizontal, vertical or horizontal overshot position. Designed for small producers of sand and gravel, contractors of all types and for industrial purposes including the transfer of tailings.
Model MA: Medium duty pump
6” and 8” sizes. Pass solids up to 4 ¼” and 5 ½” respectively. Designed to economically handle sand and gravel in large quantities to heads of 100’ or higher. The MA’s simple construction enables the operator to easily maintain close internal clearances, yet, it is rugged enough to withstand the shock of large size solids passing through. Castings are tough. Close grained cast iron are heaviest where extreme wear occurs.
Model XL
Heavy duty dredge pump. 6”, 8” and 10” sizes/ Pass solids up to 4 ¼”, 5 1/2 “ and 7 ½’ respectively. Efficient to 140 heads. All wearing parts which are exposed to the scouring action of sand and gravel are cast of close-grained, high-chrome semi-steel. All sizes may be ordered with either right or left-hand drive and with vertical, horizontal or horizontal overshot discharge.
Model XLN
Model XLN is a duplicate of Model XL except that: wearing parts are cast of NI-HARD super –hard iron. It does not have suction gland (liner and glands are cast as one). Overshot discharge is not available.
